Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in the hotel, but are your responsibility.

Pets are not allowed in the spa.

Are the rooms cleaned during your stay?

Your room is cleaned between 8:30am and 4:30pm. Please let us know if you would like the service at a more specific time.

Can I park my car at the hotel?

The hotel has no parking facilities.
You can park your vehicle in the city's public parking lots.
Parking spaces are available at the front of the Villa Camille Hôtel & Spa, with the first 20 minutes free of charge.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, cash or vacation vouchers.

Does the hotel accept vacation vouchers?

Yes, we accept vacation vouchers, but only on site. It is not possible to use vacation vouchers to pay the deposit.

Can I smoke/vape in the hotel?

The hotel is entirely non-smoking (public areas, rooms, balconies).
Smoking will incur a €150 penalty.

Can I access the Internet from the hotel?

Our hotel has free wifi internet access throughout.

What time is check-in?

Rooms are available from 4pm.
If you arrive before 4pm, the lobby area and bar remain accessible.
We also provide drinks (tea/coffee).
Luggage storage is available free of charge.
Our hotel is open 24/7.

What time is check-out?

Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m.
Your luggage can be stored free of charge after check-out, so you can enjoy your last day in Banyuls-sur-Mer.

Before check-in or after check-out, luggage storage is available free of charge.

The hotel has no parking facilities, but there are plenty of public parking lots around Villa Camille and in Banyuls-sur-Mer. Free parking for 20 minutes is available in front of the hotel. To take advantage of them, you'll need to buy a ticket at the pay and display machine.

Access by train:
Villa Camille is a 10-minute walk from Banyuls-sur-Mer station.

The nearest TGV station is Perpignan.

‍Accessby plane:
- Llabanère airport (Perpignan Rivesaltes) 45 minutes away by car, served by bus service to Perpignan train station. Tel 04 68 52 60 70
Airport shuttle service to Perpignan bus station or SNCF train station, or cab service from Banyuls-sur-Mer (booking required).

- Girona airport, 1h30 away by car, served by bus service, cabs from Banyuls-sur-Mer (booking required).

Access by bus:
The Occitanie/Pyrénées-Méditerranée region provides a regional public transport service throughout Occitanie.
The fare is €1.
The line that passes through Banyuls-sur-Mer is the "540 Cerbère - Perpignan".
The line to Cerbère is the "546 Banyuls - Cerbère".
Stops are located at Les Elmes, Les Arcades, Office de Tourisme and Troc Pinell. Stop at the Tourist Office, the closest to Villa Camille, a 3-minute walk.

Does the hotel offer a transfer service?

How do I get to Fontaulé beach?

The Fontaulé beach, the central beach of Banyuls-sur-Mer, is 350 meters from the hotel, about 5 minutes on foot.

Is the hotel served by public transport?

Municipal shuttle bus: The town of Banyuls-sur-Mer provides a free municipal shuttle bus to facilitate daily travel all year round.
In addition, in July and August, the Estinavette runs until the end of August to take you from the main parking lots to the beaches.

What are the breakfast times?

Served from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. in our restaurant dining room, we offer quality products: Viennoiseries, breads, yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals, hot dishes, boiled or scrambled eggs, cold meats, regional cheeses... Everything you need for a balanced or gourmet breakfast.

What are the bar opening hours?

Our bar team welcomes you every day from 4.30pm to midnight.
Enjoy a glass of delicious tapas.

The wellness area is open to all hotel guests between 10am and 8pm.

The spa is a space dedicated to well-being and relaxation, so please respect the tranquillity of the premises. Don't forget your bathing suit, and book treatments in advance by e-mail to spa@hotelvillacamille.com.

For reasons of hygiene, we recommend wearing a short swimsuit.
